Although Mercedes has some teething problems with the A-Class, it is now one the of highest quality small MPV's on the market. High quality throughout giving a feel of simple luxury and great safety for a car in the small family class.
Its surprisingly roomy in the cabin and with its Easy-Vario-Plus System (fold completely flat rear seats) you'd be amazed at what you can fit in the boot. Road handling and overall performance is a little shy of the best and is a very economical to run.

Top of the Class
I have had a Mercedes A180 Classic for only a few days but it is a fantastic little motor. It is the long wheel based version and it has bags of room, even the boot can fit in the kids push chair and loads of shopping. The cabin has a real luxurious feel with all the modern gadgets with teh CD Changer in the glove box, so much easier than my last car when the changer was in the boot.
The 2 litre diesel engine is smooth and has loads of power and torque. The gearbox is a little tight, sometimes i try pulling away in 3rd but im sure its just case of getting use to manual instea of an automatic. I also noticed its has 5 stars from euroncap which means i feel pretty safe. Without a doult, one of the best cars i've ever had!
